Support Us

Dear supporters,

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Jeune Espoir. Whether you are a longtime partner or discovering our work for the first time, we appreciate the opportunity to share how sustained investment can create lasting change in Guinea.

Despite ongoing national and global economic challenges, Jeune Espoir continues to advance education, digital inclusion, and sustainable livelihood creation so that young people can build hopeful futures in their own communities. Our 2024–25 Annual Report reflects a year of measurable progress, strengthened programs, and national and international recognition—made possible by committed donor support.

In 2025, our work received important recognition. Our Executive Director was honored with the Excellence in Education and English Language Award at the USA–Guinea Alumni Forum, and Jeune Espoir’s blended, offline-first learning model was featured internationally by Digital Promise during UNESCO’s International Day of Digital Learning. These recognitions affirm the effectiveness of our approach in low-connectivity environments.

Through the English Access Microscholarship Program, 48 students strengthened their English communication, digital literacy, and intercultural skills. At the same time, our Powerful Blended Learning initiative transformed traditional classrooms into interactive learning spaces using Kolibri servers, a 16-computer lab, and sustained teacher support—allowing students to collaborate and access digital content without relying on constant internet connectivity.

Beyond education, our Sustainable Livelihood Identification and Creation (SLIC) program is helping young entrepreneurs achieve economic stability. Participants such as Souleymane now operate viable poultry and incubation businesses, mentor peers, and contribute to local food security—demonstrating how targeted investment leads to durable economic outcomes.

As we enter the next implementation cycle, Jeune Espoir is seeking USD 25,000 in donor support for FY 2025–26. This funding is essential to sustain core programs, expand digital learning and livelihood initiatives, and support new participants. A detailed overview of priorities and planned use of funds is available in the attached report.

We invite you to take action today by making a contribution. Your donation directly supports learners, educators, and young entrepreneurs and enables Jeune Espoir to continue delivering transparent, accountable, and community-centered impact through June 2026 and beyond.
